Price and conditions

Prices changes per week, throughout the year. Please contact us for detailed information.

Booking deposit upon reservation: 30%. The remaining amount must be on our account one week before arrival.

Included in the price

• Bedding
• Kitchen linen
• Bath linen (two towels and two washing hands per person)
• Use of firewood (one bag per week, only in autumn)
• Possible use of baby equipment (bed plus bed linen, high chair, changing mat)   
• Wi-Fi
• Water and electricity (200 kWh per week, above €0.50 per kWh)

Deposit

To encourage our tenants to leave the house as how they found it, we ask for a deposit of €200. We assume that you leave the house as how you found it. We will then refund the deposit within a few days of departure.
We will deduct damage from the deposit.
We will ask €75 cleaning costs.

General

The day of arrival (from 5 pm) and the day of departure (10 am at the latest) are on Saturday. If  you would like a different arrival and/or departure day, please contact us. We will, if possible, try to meet your wishes.
There is the possibility to reserve a baby chair, changing mat and baby bed. Please let us know in advance.
We do not provide breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Smoking is not permitted in the gîte. Pets are also not allowed. You can not make loud parties.

The gîte is closed form November till March
